Does Power Bright Utilize Long-Term Contracts?
We do not believe in long-term contracts. Why? Because we’re confident in our ability to train and manage our team, and more importantly, we’re positive that you will be 100% happy with the cleaning service you receive. In fact, we’d love to prove it to you by offering a free deep cleaning. If you’re ever unhappy with the service we provide, we’ll even give you the last month of cleaning for free!
Is Power Bright Insured and Bonded?
Yes! Because a large portion of our business and expertise caters to the healthcare community, we are must make certain that our coverage reflects the needs and demands our medical clients require. As such, we are insured by a nationally recognized insurer with a policy tailored toward commercial cleaning, especially medical terminal cleaning.
What Training Material does Power Bright use?
Our management is very proactive when it comes to training. They constantly attend seminars and invest large amounts of time in researching the most current and applicable training methods and materials. Power Bright is also a member of the AHA, AHE APIC, and AORN, so we use training materials for each organization, including the CDC.
Does Power Bright Screen Employees?
Absolutely! Every employee must pass a background check, submit drug screening, and hold the proper immunization records in order to work for us. This ensures that the quality of cleaning and customer service lives up to our high standards.
How does Power Bright Manage its Cleaners?
It’s really quite simple! We like to keep our teams small and personal, so for every 4 cleaners, there is a leader. For every 4-5 leaders, there is a dedicated manager. Each manager is required to inspect the locations under their jurisdiction and create a detailed report at least once per week. Call it checks and balances; we call it a dedication to our clients.
What Technologies does Power Bright use to Service its Clients?
We utilize a smartphone app to centralize all of our cleaners, managers, and clients. This hub for information, communication, and scheduling allows us to instantly and efficiently deal with any issues. From special requests from clients to detailed inspection reports including photos, our app allows everyone to be informed and everything to operate smoothly.
How do I Recognize a Power Bright Employee?
Look for the shirt! All Power Bright employees are required to wear branded apparel, typically in the form of a polo shirt. Each employee also has a unique ID badge that clearly displays their name along with other information.
Does Power Bright Offer Terminal Cleaning?
Yes. In fact, terminal cleaning and the maintenance of healthcare facilities is how we got started over twenty years ago! We consider this our area of expertise and pride ourselves on staying informed and on the cutting edge of infection control and terminal cleaning. What Kind of Chemicals does Power Bright use? We hold our cleaning chemicals to strict standards that are approved by at least one leading hospital in the Chicagoland area. For added peace of mind, all MSD Sheets are on file at each location we service and our employees will never use products that are not pre-approved.
Does Power Bright Provide Shots to work in a Healthcare Facility?
Absolutely! All employees must provide a record of immunization, and any necessary shots are paid for and maintained by Power Bright. We are also sure to submit proof of these precautions to the client.
Is Power Bright a Member of any Organizations?
Yes. We are a member of AHA, AHE, APIC, and HESNI.
